(DGI), the pioneer of Wick Drains (Prefabricated Vertical Drains) in the US, and Menard Soiltreatment, Inc., the US affiliate of Menard, one of the world's leading specialized ground improvement contractors.

The founders of DGI pioneered Wick Drains (Prefabricated Vertical Drains) in the US. DGI established a proven track record of successful projects worldwide and developed a committed team with extensive expertise in the design and installation of Wick Drains (Prefabricated Vertical Drains).

The history of Menard Soiltreatment includes several innovative milestones from the invention of Dynamic Compaction and Dynamic Replacement to the development of the Menard Vacuum for Vacuum Consolidation and the Controlled Modulus Column.

DGI-Menard is the US branch of Menard, an international ground improvement specialty contractor. DGI-Menard is affiliated with The Reinforced Earth Company, the inventor and market leader of the Mechanically Stabilized Earth retaining wall industry, and Freyssinet, specialists in prestressing, cable stayed structures and structural repair. The three companies form the Freyssinet Group, a division of VINCI Construction, one of the world's largest construction companies.
